Refund and Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure that your return is eligible, please ensure that the product meets the following criteria:

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
  • Exempt Items: We cannot accept returns for personalized or custom items, perishable goods (e.g., fresh foods), and gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zorisopic.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A reason for the return Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number along with instructions for returning the product.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong item). In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us securely.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges

We do not typically offer direct exchanges. However, if you need a different product or size, you can return the original item and place a new order. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us directly for assistance with the exchange process.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Perishable goods such as fresh food products
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale”

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@zorisopic.com. We will provide you with a return label for the defective item and send you a replacement or refund, including covering the return shipping cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please double-check your bank account or credit card statement. If you still haven’t received it after 10 business days, please contact us at info@zorisopic.com for assistance.

9. International Returns

For customers outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs, as well as customs duties or taxes on returned products. We suggest using a trackable service for returns.
